Okay. Official weigh-in day, and I was exactly the same as Sunday. So total lost for me over 14 days was 6.4 pounds. Not bad, I'd say. Since I don't have real far to go (another 10 pounds to my current goal weight), I'm happy with that.
Brad lost 10.1 total. Great! :) Of course, dudes always seem to lose more weight faster than chicks. And having LadyTime didn't help. But, I'm happy.
So today, Brad had 1 cup of the South Beach Diet Vanilla Almond cereal. He said it wasn't too bad, actually. We also bought him the Kellogg's All Bran Extra Fiber (SB recommended), but it looks weird, so we'll see if he likes it. I will be having a whole wheat wrap for lunch with my chicken salad. It has more than 3 grams of fiber, and no trans fats. Says they are supposed to be 100% whole grain but I'm not certain of these. I also grabbed a couple of boxes of Kashi Stone-ground 7 grain crackers - they appear to be whole grain and they are more than 5 grams of fiber, no trans fats. Those I will alternate on days I don't have the wraps. And Fridays, I will of course be having my panera bagel and cream cheese. I already eat the whole grain bagels, so even though they are high in carbs (remember, SB doesn't count carbs) they are a good bagel for me.
Brad is adding a banana to his diet, I'm adding fruit. In phase 2, at the beginning you add 1 fruit serving and 1 carb/starch. You gradually increase these to like, 3 servings of fruit and i think maybe 4? of carbs as phase 2 progresses. You are on phase 2 until you reach your goal weight.
After 2 weeks, my "thoughts."
I am happy that I never cheated, not once, not even a little bit.
I am very bored of salads :)
I found some recipes that I am in LOVE with, especially the SB "Peanut Butter Cup" dessert.
Happily lost some weight.
Do not crave sugar. In fact, I'm sticking with natural PB from now on.
Do not feel like straying, yet :)
In a side note, DAMN YOU SHANNON! I pulled a muscle in my groin last night doing that stupid one arm stand up exercise. It was hard, and it hurt my butt (with all that junk, why don't I have enough padding?) and then pulled a groin muscle that still hurts this morning. Needless to say, I will NOT be doing this exercise again.

I warned you that it was cruel!
Congrats on a very successful 2 weeks! I think you're gonna have a very successful next 2 weeks too!
