So, I have read the book, and I've created our meal plans for the next 2 weeks, including the list of allowed and non-allowed foods. I've put my shopping list on my palm - its SHORT!. My normal shopping list lets say has 50 items - this one has about 20.
The meal plan isn't very varied - essentially, egg & bacon for breakfast, celery & cheese for snacks, pudding cups & jello cups (sugarfree) also as snacks, and sugarfree popcicles for dessert. Lunches and dinners are essentially salads or veggies with meats. Even the meal plan in the book isn't very varied, it seems like its a salad every day.
So, it will be a boring existence for two weeks, but it will be nice to have the meals planned out and not have to think in the morning about what to pack for lunch that day.
One full day left before we start! I'll weigh myself on Wednesday morning (on the Wii Fit) so that I can get a starting weight.
