I am using this blog to specifically track my progress on the South Beach diet. I am starting this diet in 2 days, and I think having a place to write down my meals and weight progress is essential. Not that I can't use my livejournal, but that can get bogged down with loads of personal stuff.
So stay tuned, I'll post daily, as much as I can. I know I don't have more than 20 or so pounds to lose, but I still intend to dive headon into this diet until I do lose those pounds, then try maintaing a lifestyle while following South Beach's maintenance phase.
