Man, posting away today :) I like it when Shannon updates alot, so I figure, I'll give her stuff to read too :)

I did the pushup test last night. I can do 6 regular pushups, but I have to like, lay on the ground, push up, and lay back down, I can't just push up, go down, and "hover" and go back up. I figure, this is a pushup in between manly and girly pushups. So that's fine. This is rank 2.

So tonight, I will be doing the day 1 set:

7-7-5-4-max (at least 5), with a 60 second rest between sets. Now, I will say right now, that I have no clue, how, when I tried very hard and got 6 pushups done, I'm supposed to do at least 28 tonight. I think I'm going to die! But I'll try!

It actually works out pretty good. the last set get's a bit tough, but the time in between really helps. I've got day two of week one again tonight. I'm hoping to get more of a max out than last time. I think I can. :) The push ups are already easier to do.

Yeah, Mr. Fatty is right. It's all about waiting in between. It's the hardest part, cause waiting sucks. But, when you wait, and then you do some.. it feels like the first ones.

All three of us are in the second level! thats fabulous :-)

So i have a laptop that is windows 2000, i tried downloading ITunes a couple times but it just wont work. it says i dont have windows XP. what does this mean and how can i get my itunes to work?

Im at my office and i use a wireless internet connection. It is not password protected. Other computers are also connected to it. I use my own laptop (no the company didnt buy it for me!) which is only connected to the network when i use the wireless internet. No configuration what so ever has been made in regard to the network because its my computer. today i was veiwing my facebook account and i printed a MS word document. the printer is also connected through the network. today i was SHOCKED to see that the facebook page that i was viewing had come out as a print out??? Im sure i didnt print it!! 1) is it possible for someone else to print what im viewing on my laptop???? 2) i also want to know whether it is possible for other computer users on my network to view documents and files stored on my laptop and those that im viewing? my computer shows on the network but when i click it only a printer shows. what changes should i make to stop people looking at my documents and web pages

Everytime i try to burn a dvd, no matter what software, it says there is no disc in drive. The blank disc im using are sony DVD+R. Any help?
