I think I might have lost another 1/2 pound to a pound, but I didn't weigh in on the wii fit this morning so not positive. The upstairs scale, which rounds to 1/2 pound, read 155 this morning. The last time I was 155.2 on the wii fit, the upstairs scale said 155.5, so who knows for certain. I plan to weigh in again on Sunday morning.
My leg is MUCH worse today. It hurts when I walk, sit, stand, ugh, anytime I use that muscle. And since it starts in my crotch and runs to my knee, its quite awkward.
I did my pushup challenge last night, though i'm doing the girlie ones. I just can't get up enough strength to do it in that half-girlie/half-manly way I took my test in. But I did them. So I figure, I'll complete the challenge with the girlie pushups and then try again with manly ones. In any case, it should work my arms out awesomely.
Brad felt so guilty about eating the half a bun yesterday he didn't eat his banana! He was like a shamed puppy when he came home.

I'm so sorry about your ouchie muscle :-( I've done that before, and it's awful. should be a little better tomorrow! :-/
Make sure you're doing your pushups properly! You shoudn't be using your arms too much, you should be working your chest and abs! So if you feel it a lot in your arms, you may need to straighten your back and tighten your abs up some more. If that makes any sense!
I'm all about the girlie pushups too.. so, no shame in it! :)
I think I'm doing them properly, I try to make myself straight as a board, even on my knees, but it was hard last night because of my leg, i couldn't be perfectly straight. i'll get there though! :) that's why i plan to do it all over again in proper form once I have more strength. Right now, even the plank at 30 seconds on wii fit makes me shake like a wet dog.
