I just walked into the kitchen, and came across leftover chips and cookies from a meeting today. Normally I'd grab them both and eat them like they were going out of style. But now, I can't. And it was HARD to resist. I have zero willpower. Day 1, and already, so hard to walk away. But I did. Baby steps. Baby steps.
How will I survive two weeks without sugar!?

Yeah. And snacking just to snack! I'm not even hungry, but I'm dying to put something in my mouth! Sugarfree gum, here I come!
