So yesterday I managed to get by with the meal plan as was set, with only adding the handful of pistachios. I did drink 4 bottles of water. But I was pretty hungry, and Brad nearly starved. So we've adjusted today. (basically adding 2 snack items).
Meal Plan
Breakfast - hardboiled egg, 2 slices bacon, diet coke
Snack - celery sticks with a laughing cow wedge
Lunch - salad w/ chicken, jello cup
Afternoon snacks - part skim mozarella stick, about 25 peanuts
Dinner - steak salad
Dessert - popcicle
This should work...
