Doing good today. 2 full bottles of water so far, and i'm not very hungry. eating my peanuts now, but more out of I know I'll be hungry in a half hour kind of need. I still have my celery sticks and laughing cow left (as I ate the mozarella stick this morning instead).
Man, lunch's salad really filled me up. I ate over 2 hours ago and still not hungry.
For dinner, we're changing it slightly. Instead of "steak salad" its more like steak on a bed of romaine, with greenbeans and melted cheese on top.
