Ugh, today I am EXTREMELY exhausted. I think I'm definitely experiencing a sugar crash. I'm so used to eating sugar, and fruits every day, that having none of that is reaking (sp?) havoc on my body.
But still doing good with eating. Last night we did the steak on lettuce with greenbeans covered in melted cheese and they were fantastic.
Today's meal plan:
Breakfast - hardboiled egg, 2 slices bacon, diet coke, cup of V8
Snack - about a half cup of some plain, nonfat yogurt I loaded with splenda in attempts to make it taste great. It did not, and I threw most of it out. Will not even attempt to eat this shit again.
Lunch - big salad, with lunchmeats and cheese - today I added some sunflower seeds and pine nuts for crunch, jello cup
Snacks - peanuts, mozarella stick
Dinner - something with porkchops, though I'm not sure what yet....
Dessert - prob a popcicle again :)
According to the Wii Fit, I lost 1.5 pounds as of last night. In two days. Whoopie. I trust it because I normally GAIN during the day, and Wednesday I weighed in the morning, and last night was at night. So I might even have lost more than that. We'll see tonight. The official weigh in will be on Wednesdays, in the mornings, naked. ;)
But yeah, trying to overcome the tiredness....
