This morning I weighed in with wet hair and went up .4 pounds. But since my hair was wet and it was an hour after I'd gotten up and moving (as opposed to my other weigh-ins) I'm kind of ignoring it.
So thus far:
Lost 4 pounds
Have ZERO cravings for sugar, sugary desserts, cake, cookies, etc of any kind
Have ZERO cravings for chips or other similar snack items.
Have very minimal cravings for a bagel, and fruit.
Energy is back, thank goodness. I think I've cleansed my system enough of all the bad sugars so now my body is getting energy from other sources.
Even did good last night - we ate at Fridays with Summer up at her camp. I had a cup of broccoli and cheese soup, and a bacon cheeseburger no bun, and broccoli as a side. Brad had a sirloin with (i'm proud of him) 3 pieces of broccoli, and a large salad (no carrots or breading)...
We are on track!!!
