Well, its Day 5, and I had to get up early to hit Vermont, so I decided to do a naked weigh-in and see how my progress has been. And BAM, down a whopping 4.2 pounds in 4 days!!! Go Me!
4/1/09 - ran 1 mile, arms 3/31/09 - OFF 3/30/09 - 1.35 miles (.5 miles running) 3/29/09 - little bit of abs & legs 3/28/09 - ran total of 1.25 miles, walked total of .75 miles, some arms 3/27/09 - OFF 3/26/09 - 2.0 miles (.75 running), arms, abs
