Still 149.5 this morning. Phew. After two days of being over points with no cardio I was worried. But my arms/abs workout last night was impressive. I think I did over 200 crunches total, plus 4 different dumbbell workouts and pushups. I also did the single leg lifts too, as an added exercise.
More house cleaning and laundry today. Oh, and I hate daylight savings time. I don't lose sleep - it just cuts an hour out of my day. Which sucks.
