No points burned - my legs were very sore, so I did abs and arms instead.

I did about 80 crunches (regular, side, reverse, bicycle), and I did the following for arms:
2 sets of 10 pushups
2 sets of 15 dumbell chest flies
2 sets of 15 dumbell chest presses
2 sets of 15 bicep curls
2 set of 15 of that dumbell press where you raise your arms straight up

Thank you! as long as I'm motivated, I'll exercise as MUCH as I can. I know I'll eventually lose some motivation so I'm just making the best of it while I can :)
