I did arms, abs, a lil' bit of legs tonight instead of the treadmill. I was exhausted (don't know why I'm still up) and had to finish my thank you cards.
Not counting calories right now (though I swear, I am definitely paying attention to what I am eating). But here's today's foods:
Lower sugar oatmeal package
1/2 cup of skim milk
banana
1 serving of fat free pringles
leftover chicken with 1/2 cup of white rice from Cheesecake Factory
dannon yogurt
WW lemon cake
2 fat free hotdogs with light wheat buns
1.5 cups of goldfish
