No exercise tonight - I am really low on points and calories today so I decided to take tonight off. Tomorrow I have absolutely nothing that I have to do (other than, well, laundry) so I'm planning a long treadmill workout tomorrow.
At Shaw's, I found fat free ballpark hotdogs that are 50 calories & 1 point each, and light wheat hotdog buns that are 90 calories and 1 point each. Added a cup of corn (approx 2 points, 100 calories), and I had a nice 6 point dinner. It was so good, I'd been craving hotdogs. It was nice to find a really healthy hotdog & bun combination. That may become a regular meal for me. :)
Gotta do the dishes tonight, and plan the next two weeks of meals.
