Thinking ahead...

So obviously, I'm on this jump start plan for 2 weeks (ends Sunday). They say, don't do it for more than 2 weeks.

However, the plan is 20 points per day. No flex points.

Going into next week, if I get below 150 (which is very close), my regular daily points are supposed to be 20 (minimum). Then 35 flex points per week.

So essentially, I'm on the same plan going forward, however, should I choose to splurge a little on a meal out, I now have that freedom.

I'm still going to plan 20 points per day, and then if there's a day I eat 22 or don't exercise, or if I'd like to splurge on a meal out, I'll allow it. I'm going to keep walking & running, and working out my arms, and I just know I'll look fabulous on my wedding day.

I can keep this up for 2 months, I know I can :) The hardest part of these two weeks was just the eating out part. And since Brad and I are crazy broke now because of his truck, well, there won't be too much eating out anymore!

I certainly will enjoy whatever tasty foods are at my bridal shower without feeling guilty. I'll have my birthday cake. I'll drink up at my bachelorette party. And just keep working extra hard. :)
