I ended up not having a true breakfast, because I got up late and spent some time chatting with Brad. So today, I had a mini bagel (smart balance butter), a scrambled egg, and 2 slices of Oscar Meyer low sodium bacon, and a banana with skim milk for breakfast. Snacks today were yogurt and a serving of FF pringles. Then dinner was homemade turkey soup (I finally boiled the giblets last night for broth, and it came out amazing) and a slice of WW bread. After doing a 1.5 mile fast walk, burning off about 1.5 activity points, I'm at 17 net points. So tonight I'll have my strawberries, and 3 pieces of Hershey's Bliss chocolate :) What a nice reward for a great week, and still within my points for the day!

I am so motivated right now. I am so pleased with my weight loss this week. I was perfect, all week. I couldn't have eaten any more perfect, and I exercised all 7 days! I'm just so proud of myself, and i haven't felt this way in a long, long time.

I realized I'm down THIRTY pounds since I started losing weight in 2007. It took me almost 2 years to get here, but it really is worth the journey. I just know I'll make that wedding weight goal, and hopefully very soon!

Now, the goal is not to weigh in for 3 days! :) Lets see if I can do it :)
