Good day, overall.

Came in around 1700 calories. (Blame it on mom's turkey loaf, mashed potatoes, and corn). But the rest of the day I stuck to plan. She made the turkey loaf specially for me, so I couldn't turn it down. And I'm glad I didn't. Its damn good.

I did 10 mins on the elliptical (203 calories burned) and a full arm workout. (pushups, chest press, chest flies, alternating bicep curls, and whatever that move is where you push the dumbells straight up in the air)...
