I had 1 cup of french onion soup at my moms. It was only beef broth with some onions, and 1/2 slice of white American cheese. I am now at 1432 calories for the day.
I decided I will most likely plan to be under calories by 100 or so each day, to allow myself for the unplanned additional item. Like the amazing smelling french onion soup my mom made today. I was very strict though, and limited myself to only 1 cup even. And no bread.
Tonight I'm making beef soup, and I will be doing the Jillian Michaels DVD again. Not sure beyond that because I'm STILL sore from Saturday's workout. But I'm determined to do it!
