Weighed in today. Still 156.0. Sucks. I'm working out (as opposed to before when I was doing NO exercise) and I'm eating healthier. Why am I not losing even a pound???
Time for adjustments. No more eating late at night. i tend to get snacky and hungry. So...sugarfree gum ONLY when I'm feeling hungry after 9pm, unless, of course, its like, a late dinner night.
And more working out, clearly. I need more cardio. I'm going to try to do extra workouts on the weekends. I'll split it into two workouts. Perhaps like, elliptical in the morning and then the video in the evening.
I just don't know what to do. I've been eating much better since New Years, and exercising, and NOTHING.
Oh. And I hate my skin. I get terrible blackheads. I clear them, they come back. You look at my face and its disgusting. I use cetaphil face wash daily, and I use clean & clear astringent (sp?). My face gets VERY oily during the day. What do I do?? I don't want to have disgusting face on my wedding day.
