Ok. I'm already at 5 glasses of water today. I skipped my pears at lunch and added my expected dinner into Spark people, and it says I'll be at about 1638 calories for the day. Much better than yesterday, still too high. That still includes my cheese wedge, if I drop that (haven't eaten it yet) I'll be at 1588.

Plans are to leave here at 4pm, go home and start dinner and Wii Fit while it is cooking. Summer's having a friend over tonight so I expect to hole up in my room for the evening. Perhaps clean the basement but damn, its cold in the basement. I've got lots of good books to read so we'll see.

Today's foods:

Breakfast: Panera bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch: amazing salad, as mentioned in the last post
Snack: grapes
Potential snack: mini babybel light
Dinner: roast chicken, with skin, and edamame

All in all, my foods are healthy today. They're just not low calorie, or as low calorie as I'd expect. Of course, alot of the foods I'm going off what's in sparkpeople, and I've already found a couple of items that my packaging is less calories than on their site, but whatever. It's still giving me a better idea of where my calories are going.

Hoping to avoid having a late night snack tonight. I need to get into the routine of not eating late at night. And also, it will save me calories if i can do it :)
