Just another snowy Sunday....

Went grocery shopping.

Did not exercise. I am so motherf*cking sore from yesterday's workout, I need a day to rest.

Planned tomorrow's foods.

Breakfast - Thomas WW mini bagel, with fat free cream cheese and 2 tomato slices
Snack - Dannon light and fit lemon yogurt
Lunch - Dole pineapples, WW wrap with hummus, lettuce, tomatoe, bacon, and 1/2 avocado
Snack - goldfish crackers
Dinner - beef soup (homemade)
Snack - gala apple with peter pan no sugar added peanut butter
