just about 1500 calories today! I plugged in all but the tablespoon of ranch dressing and a tablespoon of peanut butter, and i'm at 1208 calories.

Todays foods: bacon & scrambled egg creation for breakfast, awesome salad for lunch with mozarella balls, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, iceberg, and then homemade chicken soup for dinner. my soup is all made from scratch so its really good and healthy. Well, except I use boillon cubes instead of boiling the bones for broth, but otherwise, I don't use a mix.

Roasted up some chickpeas for tomorrow. This time I used salt, pepper, and garlic wine seasoning and olive oil. Cooked at 450 for 20 minutes and then left them in the oven an additional 20 minutes to dry them further. They are tasty, so they will be my snack for the next couple of days. :)

Didn't wii fit yesterday or today. But yesterday I did loads of walking around with Shannon, while we shopped, and today I did 4 loads of laundry (carrying the baskets up and down stairs), spent 3 hours cleaning the basement, and cooked a bunch of stuff, so I did get some physical activity. I do intend to do pushups & crunches shortly as well.
