Small amount of tortilla chips & mexican dip at work
Salmon with green beans and tater tots
Tonight was my night off from exercise but I still did 20 pushups, 20 jacknife crunches, and 20 leg lifts.
3000 steps on my pedometer.
Going to Mohegan/Foxwoods tomorrow, will bring the pedometer!
