Did 10 mins on the elliptical tonight (194 calories but I checked it around 165 HR and didn't check again...usually my avg heart rate is 170 or higher)...
Then i did a full arm workout. I'm getting good at those. I think I'm toning my arms. At least, I sure hope I am. I'm working them out at least every other day.
Today's foods:
Mini bagel w/ff cream cheese
Roast chicken w/gravy, pears, mozarella balls, 3 sugarfree cookies
serving of goldfish
scrambled eggs w/cheese and bacon and 1/2 mini bagel
