Second post of the day because I forgot to mention something I'd come up with over the weekend.
Whenever Britney plays, I want to dance. (Well, to her fast songs, anyway).
So I was thinking...what if I do a 30 minute daily Britney dance-off (with myself)? I'll set it up to play the best Britney dance tracks, and make myself dance to 30 minutes straight. Wouldn't that be a fun way to exercise?

Often, when I get off the treadmill, a great dancey song is on and I have to bust out in a full on dance party!
