I'm torn between wishing there were more people following my blog so I'd have new comments to read, and being glad there aren't alot of followers so there isn't pressure to update daily.
Foods today:
Whole wheat toast & butter
Diet coke
I brought a healthy choice chicken tortilla soup and a bag of Uncle Ben's 90 second rice for lunch
I also have about 5 cookies my mom made, and some of the seasoned pretzels from xmas. and some peanut butter fudge.
Dinner tonight is homemade mac & cheese.
I will most likely have some sunflower seeds as a late night snack.
Not too healthy but i need to get in the habit of listing out my foods.
