Couldn't use the Wii Fit because of some family drama and Brad needed the TV when I was free, so I exercised on my own.
Did 3 sets of 12 pushups in a row (girly format, but still, without stopping)
3 sets of 10 jacknife crunches
3 sets of 10 leg lifts per leg (so 20 per set)
3 sets of 10 butt pumps :)
Essentially, muscle building/toning exercises, no cardio unfortunately. But that will be for tomorrow, i hope. Time seems to get away from me.
