Ah, back on the Wii Fit train! I did 37 minutes tonight:

Yoga - downward facing dog, half moon, warrior, plank
Strength - 30 jacknife crunches, 20 reps each arm triceps
Aerobics - hula hoop, advanced step, 10 mins boxing

My timing was definitely off on the step and the boxing, but I'm proud that I did the longer workouts. Even the 30 jacknife crunches - so hard since its been forever...but I did them, and did them well :)

Todays foods:

Bacon & Eggs
Iceberg with bacon, feta, ranch, and tomatoes
Yoplait whips
String cheese
Brownie
Whole wheat pasta with hamburger & healthy choice sauce.
Thinking about some sunflower seeds to munch on.

I think this was a good day. I am SO proud of myself for taking the time tonight to exercise!

it felt SO nice! won't have time tonight because of the party, but i'm definitely wii fitting all weekend!
