We leave for the wedding exactly 5 months/150 days from today! WOOOOO!
I was so proud of myself last night. I was craving crab rangoon. But, I knew it was wrong to go get some. So, instead, I went home, and a SBD pizza, and a sugar free coffee cake. Later on, I had some sunflower seeds while watching ER.
I also exercised. Just a little. But I did 20 jacknife crunches, 20 pushups, 20 leg pumps, and 20 "butt pumps." I dunno what they are called, but they are the move where you lie on your back, bend your knees and push your butt off the floor.
Anyway, i was happy that I stuck to my plan last night.
I weighed in this morning, still 156.5.
Got yet another iceberg wedge for lunch today. I'm proud of myself for bringing salads every day this week for lunch. Kept me from eating like, thai or McDonalds. I have plenty for next week too. I way overestimated on my iceberg. Thought a wedge was 1/2 a head. Turns out, its 1/4, and I bought FOUR heads. Only on my second one today. But I have those greenbags and they help the lettuce last longer. And iceberg is so cheap anyway.
Tonight I'm going out for fancy Indian with Ali & Britt. :)
