So last night's foods had changed since I went to mom's for dinner.

And I broke one of my rules - I ate pretzels around 10pm. But this was because my throat was ridiculously itchy, and I couldn't stand it, so i ate the pretzels to scratch it. Which helped.

I did do my exercise, but not the jumping jacks because Brad went to bed early and I didn't want to make a crazy amount of noise (because, really, jumping jacks shake the entire house).

Today:

Foods - whole wheat bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch was 2 beef patties (no buns) and ketchup, yoplait whips, sugarfree jello, and celery sticks with laughing cow.
Snacks for later are grapes and pistachios
Not sure about dinner yet, I'm on my own. Thinking maybe tomato soup, since I have some at home. Or a balogna sandwich.

Not planning to exercise tonight, because I'd really like to get the 200 photos I took last night online tonight. I still have to photograph the new necklaces, and the ribbon bookmarks. But I took pics of the new earrings, rings, and new bracelets, as well as the cell phone charms. Plus its Survivor Night tonight so that takes away a full hour from my work time.

Tomorrow is a night out with Shannon! Yay! What shall we eat????OMG. Something tasty, but healthy!
