Went grocery shopping today. So happy with the results.
I planned my meals for this week - I'm going to have an iceberg wedge for lunch every day. I enjoy the 99 iceberg wedge so much. Sure, its essentially a salad, but something about having it placed in front of you in a wedge makes it more exciting. So i bought 4 iceberg heads. I got crumbled feta cheese, ranch South Beach Diet dressing, and tomatoes, and I'm going to also have a hardboiled egg on it.
I also found SUGARFREE COOKIES! Tastykate brand has several sugarfree items in the section of Shaws with the donuts and ringdings. I bought the chocolote chip cookie bars (which are fabulous) and the coffee cake muffins.
Also found, on sale, the pickle packs. I bought the dill hamburger ones and the tiny kosher dill ones - not sure which I'll like. I really love dill spears, so I'm hoping one of these is like those.
Bought some slim jims, and also fried pork skins (a recommendation from Bry). Those were tasty, i tried one as I was putting the groceries away.
Also, a product recommendation - I bought the South Beach Diet brand 4 cheese pizza (it has 20 less carbs than the lean cuisine brand, and is on a thin wheat crust) and it was fantastic. Brad tried their buffalo chicken one, and he loved that too.
Tonight, for dinner, we had steak, rice pilaf, and green beans. I've planned porkchops, buffalo chicken, and roast chicken and chicken soup for the rest of the week's dinners.
I'm actually excited about this week's foods, and that was my goal.
Tomorrow's foods - bacon & eggs, pickle pack, iceberg wedge, sugarfree jello pudding, a clementine, slim jims, and porkchops & green beans for dinner. And I really am going to wii fit tomorrow night. This weekend just got away from me.

Good job! I love when I go shopping, and I feel like my fridge is brimming with tasty healthy choices :-)
And I sure love my iceberg!!
Sweet! :) glad you like the pork rinds. They're a great go to snack for me. You definitely need something to dip them in, or a drink though.. :)
