I still ache from Monday. Yuck. And today, I have a nasty headache.

I ate Thai for lunch. While it tasted good, I shouldn't have eaten it. I have to buy a dress this weekend for my rehearsal dinner and I don't want to look fat.

I have no more excuses. I'm being a total douche by not exercising or eating right. I need to come up with a plan of action. I work much better with a good meal plan and workout schedule. Winter just sucks though. It's cold, so the last thing I want to do is get into workout clothes when I get home. And I don't like eating salads and non-warm things in the winter, and it doesn't seem like many tasty diet foods are warm, unless you get the microwave meals or want to heat up steak or something. Ugh...

I still hurt tonight, so I am not starting tonight. But I plan to start on Friday night. I'm just going to have to suck it up and do it. I NEED to do it.

I think the easiest thing for me is to get back to doing the Wii Fit every night. I was doing really well for a long time, because I wanted to have my stamps and I liked hearing the hit at 30 minutes. If I aim to make it every night, and miss 1 or 2 nights a week, then I can consider myself successful.

Yes. That's my plan. Back to Wii Fit'ing!
