I gained 3 pounds. I know its true because I weighed in on Sunday and today at 158.
I will not complain, because I brought it on myself. With my late night eating in bed, and eating very, very badly for a few months now. It is no one's fault but my own.
However, seeing those numbers on the scale - I know I need to get my ass in gear.
I started immediately by changing my foods for today. I need to get back into alternating between bagels and meats/eggs for breakfast, rather than bagels every day.
So today, I had bacon and eggs for breakfast.
Foods for the rest of the day:
Peanuts
Celery sticks with laughing cow (as opposed to crackers)
Balogna sandwich on whole wheat bread with mustard
Sugarfree jello
Grapes
Dinner tonight is two hamburger patties (one on a whole wheat bun, one without a bun) and green beans.
Rules:
No eating after 9pm unless it is some unusually late dinner night.
I MUST get back into exercising.
Tonight's exercise - haven't exercised in probably a month, so starting out slow so that I don't hurt myself the first night.
2 sets of 10 pushups, 2 sets of 10 jacknife crunches, 2 sets of 10 leg pumps. 100 jumping jacks.
It is time to get myself together!!!!!
