Not much to say today - but I've been eating fairly well this week. We are running out of decent food at home again so Brad and I decided we need to plan our meals again. We're going to figure out what to get and buy food on Saturday.

Whole wheat bagel w/ Philly cream cheese
Light yoplait yogurt
Whole wheat pasta w/ healthy choice sauce
peanut butter toast at mom's

Not sure about dinner yet.
