I have not weighed myself in weeks, but I'm pretty certain I've gained some weight. My belly looks bigger.

Currently, the failure feeling is hitting me pretty hard. I was so good for awhile. I completed phase 1 PERFECTLY. And I was good for a few weeks. Then vacation hit, things got out of hand, and I haven't been good since. I mean, I've even been eating McDonalds - a HUGE no no for ANY diet.

So I am determined to be better.

I have some white bread bagels I need to finish up this week, and after that, I will be back on whole grains. Also have some yoplait whips that I think aren't good.

So the goal is to start on Monday (so I can grocery shop a little on Sunday) and eat well, and in line with South Beach. I WILL post my daily foods again. I WILL be adding exercise into my routine, but after the November 2nd show, because until then, I literally don't have time. After that though, no excuses.

So I'll be updating again. This is my vow.

McDonalds is on my LC diet. :) I jsut have to make sure I don't eat that tasty tasty bun. lol Which to my amazement, I actually haven't done! not a single bun from McD's.

Good for you! I don't have that kind of willpower. It is best for me that I stay away from McDonalds or fast food. If I am in the vicinity of french fries, I simply can't resist them. Its like, physical.
