Haven't been eating well at all lately. Felt kind of fat the other day, but I weighed in and I am still at 154.5. So that's good news.

I think I've lost my desire to diet strictly. But I do still intend to lose about 10 more pounds before the wedding. I intend to still involve what I learned from SB into my diet (sugar free or no sugar added foods, whole grains, etc). But I can't say I'm successfully following it anymore.

I dont' intend to try a different diet though. I plan to just exercise more, follow more of the phase 3 of SB, and work hard to lose the remaining weight.

I'll keep posting progress too. But you low-carbers probably shouldn't follow my advice. Read me if you're bored, but don't count on me to be perfect for you. Because I don't think I want to be perfect. I'm happy with my weight now. I don't feel disgusting all the time. And my wedding dress fits - and mom said my back cleavage has vanished.

I still have goals though.

My current goal is to be under 150 pounds by New Years Day 2009. That gives me about 2 months and 3 weeks. And that period includes Thanksgiving and Xmas, two holidays that I simply cannot not eat. I only need to lose 5 pounds by then. I know I can do this!

One thing I really want to try is the Buff Brides fitness challenge. I have to read up on it, and may not begin until after New Years, but we'll see. :)
