There is one thing that I know for sure, after a year and a half of dieting/exercising/not exercising.

If I had a treadmill in front of a television, I would use it A LOT. I mean – probably every single day, for at least an hour.

How can I be so sure of that?

First off – the elyptical IS in front of a TV. But that elyptical is HARD. I get very tired after like, 10 minutes on that thing. I can walk for hours – I’ve proven that.

Second – most of my non-exercising is due to a) needing to do something else like beading or cutting up food or what-not, but b) there is WAY too much TV that I want to be watching.

So I know, that if I had a treadmill, for example, tonight, I have 3 TV shows (8pm to 11pm). I believe I’d walk at least half of that time.

So my next large purchase – a treadmill. Preferably one that folds up.
