Plans

I was proud of myself last night. I had little time for exercise, but I made myself do 4 reps of 5 pushups (still girly ones, but i'm getting good at them), and 2 reps of 10 jackknife crunches.

I have a little notebook I bought for $1 at Dollar Tree, and I'm using that to write down daily goals. I really need a good planner, but Staples was completely out of ones that start in September, so I have to order one online. For now, this notebook works. Writing down my "must dos" (both exercise and personal) for each day, and my timeline. Now I know when I can have free time and when I have to get my must-do's done!

I planned my must do workouts through Sunday:

Today - Must do:
30 jackknife crunches
30 pushups
20 leg lifts

Thursday:
30 minutes of Wii Fit

Friday:
currently no planned must-dos - I am unsure of my Friday plans

Saturday:
Weigh in!
either a 30 minute neighborhood walk (weather permitting) or 30 minutes on Wii Fit

Sunday:
30 minutes on Wii Fit
