I'm back!
While in Vegas, I ate moderately ok, and we walked a zillion miles. Seriously though, the first day, we walked about 5.5 miles. Day 2, 9.8 miles. Day 3, 6 miles, and day 4 - 4.5 miles. Drank tons of water. Didn't really snack at all, only ate at regular meal times. Had fruit for breakfast one morning. I ate way too many carbs but feel I walked them off anyway. I weighed in and went up 1.5 from my lowest, at 156 even. So fluctuation is actually pretty normal for me. Plus, I'm fairly bloated due to a female problem I'm having, that might be contributing.
Tonight's goal is to FINALLY get back on track with Wii Fit. Ever since we ripped up the floors, I haven't been consistently using it, and it makes me feel tremendously guilty. So I am going to make sure I wii fit before I do anything "fun" tonight, like making jewelry or watching TV!
