Goals:
Tonight: Pushups. No time to Wii Fit because I'm taking Brad to dinner for his bday and I have to fill 2 orders for the Loop.
Going forward: Pushups 4 times per week. Wii Fit 5 times per week. This means, actually working out on the Wii Fit for at least 30 minutes 5 times per week. This starts this Friday!
Long-term goal: I would like to start jogging around the neighborhood. I was doing well on the wii fit, and I found I could jog now for a short distance and it felt really good, I didn't get winded like I used to. So I'd like to start with jogging maybe a full circle around the neighborhood, and increase it from there. Since I've done 10 minutes straight on free-run before, I think I could jog 1 full lap and not have trouble. I can always start slow.
Total weight loss - as I tried on my wedding dress again this weekend, the back cleavage has vanished! Just 5 pounds did that - yay! But I can still lose up to probably another 10 and not have to have my dress taken in, so my goal is stil 145. I figure, even with 10 pounds, my boobs will still be enormous enough to have the top fit appropriately. :)

The term back cleavage still makes me chuckle. :) Congrats though, you're doing awesome. I gotta buckle down again, and get in some good exercise.
