I was reading on my South Beach blogs a post on Wii Fit. Turns out this dude did an experiment. He did Wii Fit every day for 7 weeks, from 30 minutes to 1 hour, and did not change his diet, and he lost 11 pounds. I went and read his final report and it was a pretty interesting read.

When I was in Minnesota last year, I was reading a copy of Wii magazine (they print it there), and there was this whole article about the Wii Fit and it's future release. Anyway, the reviewer guy used it for 2 weeks, no change in diet, and lost 10lbs!
And that's when I knew that I HAD to have it!
