Ate well yesterday, had the usual - bacon & eggs, snacks of string cheese, nuts, grapes, a wrap with hummus and turkey for lunch, and pudding, and then we had a rotisserie chicken with green beans for dinner, and i had my PB cup dessert.
Much of the same for today, except having crackers with laughing cow instead of the wrap - lunch is a mini salad (just lettuce, tomato, celery, and leftover chicken)...not sure about dinner, i think steaks and more green beans. we gotta use up what's in our fridge & freezer. Hardwood floors start on Thursday!
We have no carpet in the downstairs now!! woo hooo! :) the cats have no clue what the hell we're doing either. they've been hanging upstairs with me instead of downstairs because its messing them all up.
