Ran .5 miles tonight, walked 1 mile. I've upped my speed to 4.5 mph running, and 3.8 mph walking. I did arms again, and I also did some legs. Squats and leg lifts, etc. I am tired, but taking the 40 minutes to exercise makes me feel so much better. I like doing it. I hope I always feel that way.
