More relaxed today than yesterday. I am hoping to focus more on work today and less on wedding stuff.

I dressed all cute today. Took Tylenol PM last night which gave me an amazing night's sleep, so I think that contributes to my relaxed feeling this morning.

149.0 this morning, which is good. I'm up from that 147.5 but I'm ok with it. However, makes me want to exercise more again. Hoping to treadmill tonight but it is Uncle Andy's bday so I may be getting home pretty late, so we'll see.
