Last night I did 1.6 miles on the treadmill. I ran .75 miles, and made myself stop so I didn't run too much. But I felt I needed to run, at least a little. It just makes me feel good. I walked the rest.

One of the weird things that kind of bugs me is that, I feel like I want to run also because it makes the time length of my workout shorter. I get more accomplished in a shorter period of time. Not that I mind working out. It's just that I feel like I have too many other things to do. So I want to just get the workout part done so I can work on my other things. Walking 2 miles takes a whole lot longer than running it.

Glad it is Friday. Means I get two days to sleep late :)
