I have for food today (pre-Gibbitt Hill)

oatmeal, milk, banana
yogurt, ff pringles
apple (may not eat it)
smart ones pizza

I plan to treadmill after dinner tonight :) I was happy I at least did arms and abs last night, because I had intended to do the treadmill and was just too tired. No excuses tonight though, I'm hopping on!

LadyTime this week, ugh. Bloaty and crampy and poopy. Yuck.
